30th St & Decouresy Park

30th & Decoursey Park is a neighborhood green space in Latonia that is being transformed through ongoing restoration efforts. What was once an underutilized and invasive-dominated area is now being reimagined as a thriving native ecosystem. Current work includes removing invasive species, planting native trees and prairie species, improving soil health, and creating a more welcoming space for the community. This project serves as a model for how small, local parks can be restored to support both people and wildlife.
